環境保護庁（Environmental Protection Agency: EPA）は5月6日、「EPA許認可権限マップ（EPA Permitting Authority Map）」を立ち上げた。これは、EPAのあらゆる許認可プログラム及び環境法規に関して、どの規制当局が許認可発行権限を有しているかが分かる双方的なマップで、EPAのウェブサイトからアクセスできる。同マップの開発は、リー・ゼルディンEPA長官（Lee Zeldin）による「偉大な米国の復活推進イニシアチブ（Powering the Great American Comeback Initiative）」における第3の柱（Pillar 3）「許認可改革・協調的連邦主義・省庁間パートナーシップ（Permitting Reform, Cooperative Federalism, and Cross-Agency Partnership）」を推進するものとして位置づけられている。
