上院エネルギー・水開発足歳出小委員会（Senate Energy and Water Development Appropriations Subcommittee）は9月6日、エネルギー省（Department of Energy）向け2012年度歳出法案を承認した。主な内容は以下の通りであるが、詳細は上院歳出委員会（Senate Appropriations Committee）が合計316億2,500万ドルの法案を承認後、明らかになる。
