商務省（Department of Commerce）産業安全保障局（Bureau of Industry and Security: BIS）は9月16日、輸出管理規則（Export Administration Regulations: EAR）を改正し、事業体リスト（Entity List）に32の事業体を追加したと発表した。これらの事業体は、輸出の宛先国別に、中国（23件）、インド（1件）、イラン（1件）シンガポール（1件）、台湾（1件、トルコ（3件）、アラブ首長国連邦（2件）となっている。BISはこの他、ロシアを相手先国とする1団体について登録されていた2つの住所の削除や、その他の誤記の修正を発表した。今回の規則で事業体リストに追加された団体には、中国科学院（Chinese Academy of Sciences）傘下の国家授時センター（National Time Service Center）と宇宙航空情報研究所（Aerospace Information Research Institute）等が含まれる。
